FAQs

Where are you located? Will you ship monuments if I’m not local?

1

We are located in the heart of Midtown Memphis, Tennessee. However, we are able to partner with any cemetery and most graveyards, in any state, parish or county in the US. We’d love the opportunity to honor your loved one.

Interested in discussing your monument or our services? We offer in person and onsite cemetery visits, after hours and weekend in-home consultations, as well as virtual discussions.

We can also ship your monument if you are outside of our standard service area.

If you choose to have us ship your monument, we handle the logistics, insurance, confirm your local cemetery approval and also schedule a partner local to you for foundation and setting.

Completion time depends on the stone, design, and level of craftsmanship involved, but we strive to complete most monuments within a timeframe of six weeks. Some may be finished sooner, while more detailed memorials may take a little longer. No matter the timeline, we will keep you informed and work thoughtfully to create a memorial that truly honors your loved one.

Need a memorial immediately? Give us a call and we can work to meet your timeline.

We understand that choosing a memorial is deeply personal, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. We are here to guide you through each step with care, patience, and honest communication.

How long does will it take to complete and receive my memorial?

I was told I have to buy from the cemetery. Is this correct?

3

No. If you were told this, we encourage you to file a Federal Trade Commission complaint.

You are always free to purchase a monument or grave marker from the memorial provider of your choice, as long as the memorial meets its written rules regarding: size, material, design, foundation, and installation. We review these requirements with you and confirm with your cemetary of choice before production begins.

Certain cemeteries also require their staff to install the memorial or charge approved installation and care fees. Tennessee law places certain limits and conditions on those charges and, in some circumstances, requires access for outside installers. If this is the case for your selected cemetery, we will notify you in advance and ensure your memorial will be compliant with any requirements.

First, typically it is much cheaper to partner with a local monument company.

Additionally, when you order from an online retailer rather than local, the responsibility often falls entirely on you. If the stone arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, cracks years later, or does not meet the cemetery’s requirements, you will be left dealing with the problem on your own. Online sellers typically do not take responsibility if a cemetery rejects the memorial.

A memorial is not an ordinary purchase. For most families, it is one of the most permanent ways they will tell the story of someone they love. When you choose us, you are trusting us with that story, and we take that responsibility personally.

We take ownership of the entire process. From the first conversation through cemetery approval, delivery, and installation, we remain fully involved and take responsibility for every detail of your loved one’s memorial.

You receive personal guidance from a local memorial professional who will help you choose the right stone, confirm cemetery specifications, review every detail with you, and remain available throughout the process. We also stand behind the craftsmanship and installation, so you are not left trying to resolve issues with a distant online seller.

I see headstones for sale online. What makes a local monument company different from an online seller?
